Document Capture

Automatically capturing the information held in your mail reduces processing times and reduces mistakes. Staff need only be involved in limited data checks, so you can re-utilise or reduce this resource.
Whether you are capturing invoices, application forms, exam scripts, cheques, letters, or any other document type you may have – we can capture the information held on the documents.
This data can then be fed in to whatever system you need, be it an ERP system such as Sap, Oracle, JD Edwards, Sage etc, or a CRM system, your own bespoke system, or indeed multiple systems. We deliver the information to wherever you need it, in whatever format you need.

Automated Response Management
We offer an automated response management solution for call centres and customer service departments, or in fact any department or organisation dealing with the same questions day in day out.
Our automated response management module, automatically identifies the appropriate response, enabling simple ‘click and go’ responses, or escalation to the relevant customer service agent.
