Requirements to become a TIS Partner
It is critical to the success of our TIS Channel Partner Programme that we carefully select system integrator and VAR partners. Our Partners must possess the proper skills, capabilities and also be able to make the resource investments required to ensure success.
To become a successful channel Partner you will have a proven track record in managing and delivering complex solutions, and will have the expertise and financial stability needed to provide extended support to your customers. You will have prior experience in imaging, forms processing, data capture, document management or other allied systems. In particular, we are looking for companies with
- The ability to sell information integrated system solutions
- A dedicated sales and marketing team
- The ability to demonstrate TIS products
- The commitment to participate in Partner training courses
- The willingness to maintain a TIS-certified sales and technical staff
- A demonstrable capability to provide training and support to customers
- Financial stability
- Commitment to an annual revenue goal
- Purchase and maintain demonstration system
- Ability to provide first line support to customers
